Memorial Execution 20 July 1943

This remembrance cross at the Jannetjesdal commemorates the 20 resistance fighters who were executed here on 20 July 1943 and buried in a mass grave. After the war, they were buried elsewhere.

The cross is located on a military terrein and can only be visited under guidance on remembrance day, 4 May.
