Ferme de Gémioncourt

1200 metres south of the crossing of Quatre Bras, the farm Gémioncourt is located. It was seized at the start of the fights on 16 June by the troops of the 5th Militia, but soon after, the French troops under command of Jamin were able to take over this position and from here attack the allied left flank (eastward between Quatre Bras and Pineaumont).
