Ferme du Grand Pierpont

The farm of Grand Pierpont is located south of the road Brussels-Charleroi, on the right flank of Wellington's army. During the battle at Quatre this was the location of a large forest (Bosse de Bossu), which is now completely gone. The forest was defended by units of the Van Bylandt brigade, but they had to retrieve towards the crossing.
