Memorial Hans and Sophie Scholl
This memorial commemorates Hans and Sophie Scholl. They were students at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University and members of the resistance-group Weiße Rose.
On 18 Febrary 1943, they were arrested while distributing illegal newspapers. Four days later they were executed by guillotine.
The memorial is the former war memorial of Neustadt-Glewe.
