Ruins Khtzkonk Monastery
The Armenian Apostolic Khtzkonk monastery was built between the 7th and 13th century. The monastery was abandoned in 1920, after the Ottoman Army captured the region from Armenia. It was partly destroyed by the Turkish Army in the 50's in the aftermath of the Armenian Genocide.
