Memorial killed Seamen

This memorial is dedicated to Seamen who died when on service. There are a couple of plaques. The text on the first one is:
IN MEMORY OF THOSE OF H.M.S. PATRON SERVICE WHO SERVED IN THE ISLE OF MAN WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR 1939-1945
The text on a second plaque is:
IN MEMORY OF THE SEAMEN OF THIS ISLAND
LOST AT SEA IN WAR AND PEACE
