Memorials Canterbury Cathedral

These plaques in Canterbury Cathedral are dedicated to:

- The soldiers of the Kent Cyclist Battalions who were killed or missing in the First World War and the Second World War and in India, from March 1916 to November 1919.
- The soldiers of the 9th (Queen's Royal) Lancers who were killed or missing in the Great War (World War I).
- Major Lionel George Nuttal Eales who gave his life on 2 May 1902 in the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902).
- Major Edward "Mick" Mannock, VC, DSO (2 bars), MC (1 bar), killed in action on 27 July 1918.
- Eight sailors of the HMS Kent, killed at the Falklands on 8 December 1914.
- Father and sons Abadie, who fell in the Second Boer War and the First World War.
- Three lieutenants of the XI Hussars, who gave their lives:
Lieut. F.F. Fenton, on 24 January 1898 in West-Africa
Lieut. H.B. Abadie D.S.O., on 25 February 1901 in the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902).
Lieut. N.M. Johnstone, on 11 June 1900 in the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902).
