T-34/76 Turret

There are numerous T-34/76 turrets, converted to memorials, spread across the city of Volgograd, indicating the location of former frontlines and other memorable places. This turret is located in the park, along the ulitsa Marshala Chuykova. The text on this memorial reads:

Here ran the forward defence line of the 64th Army under General M. Shumilov in September -November 1942."
