USS Midway Museum

The USS Midway was an aircraft carrier which was in use from 1945 to 1992. Approximately 200,000 sailors did their duties on this carrier, both during war situations as in humanitarian operations.

Although the USS Midway was finished just after the war, there are numerous planes of memorabilia from World War Two on display, including a SBD Dauntless dive bomber and a TBM Avenger.
