Dutch War Graves Municipal Cemetery Huisduinen

On the Municipal Cemetery in Den Helder are 31 war graves from the Second World War, including a number of graves in a special plot:

- J. Ruitenschild, Ltz. I KM (1902-1944)
- R.H. van Doorn, Sergt. Timm. KM (1903-1940)
- A.R.E. Pian, Korpl. Macht. KM (1903-1940)
- J.E. de Klein, Matroos. III KM (1902-1943)

The cemetery also contains the graves of Ray Stegeman and Tirsa Augustina Steenvoorden, who died in a traffic accident in Djibouti in 2006 during Operation Enduring Freedom.
