Memorial Crickhowell War Memorial Hospital

This memorial commemorates the residents of Crickhowell and District who were killed or missing in the First World War and the Second World War and the war in Iraq.
The hospital is demolished but the memorial remained.

CRICKHOWELL WAR MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
PROVIDED BY PUBLIC SUBSCRIPTION AND
DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF
ALL THOSE FROM
CRICKHOWELL AND SURROUNDING PARISHES
WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR
KING AND COUNTRY
IN THE
TWO WORLD WARS
1914 – 1918
AND
1939 – 1945
THEIR NAMES ARE RECORDED IN THE
GARDEN OF REMEMBRANCE
AND SHALL LIVE FOR EVERMORE
