U.S.S. Bowfin (SS-287)

The USS Bowfin (SS-287) is a submarine (Balao-classe) of the United States Navy which served in the Second World War and was one of the top-scoring U.S. submarines of World War II. A total of 16 Japanese vessels were sunk by the SS-287.

It is currently part of the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park and can be visited.
