Municipal Cemetery Turnhout

At the Municipal Cemetery Kwakkelstraat in Turnhout are a large number of war graves and monuments from the First and Second World War. Most victims have the Belgian nationality but there are also several victims from the British Commonwealth. The graves are mostly centralized in different plots. But they are also scattered around the cemetery.

In total there are 34 casualties from the Commonwealth of the Second World War. These are located in a separate plot. Besides these graves, there are two Commonwealth war graves from World War I, they lie in a plot with civilian casualties from the Second World War.
