War Memorial Rattlesden Church

This remembrance window, within the Rattlesden Church, commemorates the members of the parish who were killed or missing in the Boer War (2 names, the First World War (26 names) and the Second World War (2 names).

A plaque commemorates the 447th Bomb Group which was based at RAF Rattlesden in the Second World War.

A second plaque commemorates the Privates Harry Cobbold and Herman Steggles (Suffolk Regt.), who gave their lives in the South-African War (2nd Boer War).
