Memorial Solidarity Laos and Vietnam
This memorial commemorates the solidarity between the communist forces of Pathet Lao and North Vietnam during the Second Indochina War (Vietnam War), when Laos was very heavily bombed by the Americans and there was heavy fighting in Xieng Khouang.
