War Memorial St. Mary the Virgin Church Beachamwell

This memorial, within the St. Mary the Virgin Church, commemorates the members of the parish who were killed or missing in the First World War (12 names) and the Second World War (4 names).

A separate plaque commemorates Sgt. Claxton J. Mason (Marshall's Horse) who gave his life on 20 May 1901 in the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902).
