War Memorial Wuhden

The villages Klessin and Whuden belonged to a defence-line during the Battle of Seelöwer Heights. They were defended by 800 German soldiers, against three Soviet-Divisions.

In Whuden is a memorial commemorating this battle and the war casualties.
