This battleship was built from 1899 to 1902 and served until 1923. The battleship fought in several sea battles of the Russo-Japanese War and served as coastal defence ship during the First World War. Its last role was to support the Japanese invasion of Siberia during the Russian Civil War.
The "Mikasa" is the only preserved Pre-dreadnought battleship anywhere in the world.
