Memorial Admiral Mitsumasa Yonai
Admiral Mitsumasa Yonai, a veteran of the Russo-Japanese War and the First World War, was also minister of the Imperial Japanese navy (1937-1939) and prime minister in 1940. He returned to the office of minister of the Imperial Japanese Navy in 1944.
