Memorial Admiral Stepan Makarov
This plaque commemorates the Vice Admiral Stepan Makarov when he was chief commander of the port of Kronstadt from 26 December 1899 to 4 February 1904. He was killed on 13 April 1904, during the Russo-Japanese War.
