Ship Wreck "SS President Coolidge"

This U.S. military transport ship sunk off the shores of Espiritu Santo island on 26 October 1942. The incident resulted in the death of two persons. As of today, the wreck is a protected wreck and dive site. In 2007 The Times named the President Coolidge as one of the top ten wreck diving sites in the world.
