Japanese War Memorial Chuuk (Truk Lagoon)
This memorial is dedicated to the Japanese soldiers who died due to the many air and sea bombardments on the Chuuk atoll (Truk Lagoon). The atoll itself was never conquered by the Allies during the Second World War.
