Naval Air Facility Atsugi
This former Imperial Japanese Navy airbase was built in 1938. It's unit (the Japanese 302 Naval Aviation Corps) shot down over 300 American bombers in 1945. The U.S. Army General Douglas MacArthur landed here on 30 August 1945.
