French War Graves Ben M'Sik

This field of honour contains 645 graves of French soldiers who died in Morocco between 1907 and 1956. 186 of these graves are of the victims of the disaster of the minelayer Pluton, which exploded on 13 September 1939 while unloading a mine in the port of Casablanca.

Warning on CWGC website: Please note that attacks have been reported near the cemetery. Visitors are therefore strongly advised to exercise caution and not bring valuables with them when visiting the cemetery.
