Luitenant-generaal Bestkazerne
The Luitenant-generaal Bestkazerne was named after Lieutenant General Petrus Best. General best commanded the Dutch air defense during the German invasion of the Netherlands in May 1940.
There were heavy fighting in the area in September 1944. Ammunition is still being found each year.
