Memorial Margarete Kaufmann
This plaque commemorates Margarete Kaufmann, a resistance fighter who lived here. In 1936, she was arrested by the Gestapo and in 1938 she was sentenced to jail for several years. In 1942, the SS took her away.
It is not known what happened next. Most likely she was murdered in Auschwitz.
