War Memorial Spa

A combined memorial for the victims of World War 1 and World War 2.

On all four sides of the monument the names of civilian victims and victims that where members of the resistance and military victims have been mentioned. At the bottom of the monument an urn has been placed with the ashes that have been derived from the crematorium of the concentration camp of Flossenburg behind a glass screen. The text on the copper plaque on the urn itself has become difficult to read because of the humidity on the inside of the glass plate.

This Remembrance Memorial, a tree with a memorial in Spa commemorates the liberation of World War l.
