Memorial Moabit Prison
From 1849 to 1955, Moabit prison was located here. During the Second World War, it was mainly used for opponents of the Nazis. Many people died here. Even between 22 end 24 April 1945, 18 members of the resistance were taken from here and murdered by the Gestapo.
