BL 6 inch 26 cwt Howitzer Durban

This is one of the six BL 6 inch 26 cwt Howitzers which returned from France after World War I. Each of these guns, which are spread across South Africa, commemorates a unit that was active in the First World War.
This howitzer at the Warriors' Gate MOTH Shellhole commemorates the dead of the 75th (Natal) Siege Battery.
