Memorial Max Sievers
This plaque commemorates Max Sievers, who was active in this house as chairmen of the Deutschen Freidenker-Verbandes until 1933. He emigrated to Brussels when this organisation was prohibited.
The Nazis did not forget him. In 1943 he was found and arrested by the Gestapo. On 17 January 1944, he was executed in Brandenburg an der Havel.
