Museum of the town Tilly, what 23 times changed of occupier.
Located in twelfth-century chapel, the museum contains traces of the violent battles that took place in June and July 1944.
Documents, photos, models and found objects give a clear illustration of these horrific events.
On the exterior of the museum, are still the remnants of the fighting, like the statue of Jeanne d'Arc. On the spot of the heart of the statue, there is a big hole.
