Memorial Edith Wolff

This plaque commemorates Edith Wolff, who lived here. On 27 February 1943, when she was hiding because she was Jewish, she started the Jewish resistance-group Chug Chaluzi. On 19 June 1943 she was arrested. She survived 18 concentration camps and prisons and the Second World War.
