Memorial Harro Schulze-Boysen

The facade of the Ministry of Finance contains this poem, which commemorates the resistance-fighter Harro Schulze-Boysen. He was executed on 22 December 1942.

Wenn wir auch sterben sollen.
So wissen wir: Die Saat
Geht auf. Wenn Köpfe rollen, darin
Zwingt doch der Geist den Staat.

Glaubt mit mir an die gerechte Zeit, die alles reifen lässt!
