Memorial Elisabeth Abegg

This plaque commemorates Elisabeth Abegg, who lived here from 1928 to 1973. During the Nazi-era she helped, together with her sister Julie, Jews and other persecuted people. She hided them, collected money from them and teached the children.

For this, she was awarded by Yad Vashem as Righteous among the Nations.
