Information Panel B-17G 42-3508 ‘Bastard’s Bungalow II'

Information Panels Goeree-Overflakkee.

This panel is dedicated to the 10 crew members of the B-17G 42-3508 that was lost at sea on 4 February 1944. It was heavily damaged on numerous occasions during its mission to bomb facilities in Frankfurt.


The Foundation WO2GO are to keep alive the memory of the air war and especially the crew members concerned.The Foundation had large and small information panels installed. These panels are at the point where there was a crash or that has taken place the fate of a crew member.

The panel's mission, the unit, but mainly describes the fate of the crew.
