Kriegsabzeichen für Hilfskreuzer mit Brillianten

As far as known the version with diamonds was not officially instituted. One citation is known, made out to the commander of the Hilfskreuzer Atlantis, Kapitän zur See Bernhard Rogge.
The various decorations with diamonds with the Kriegsmarine, were given to those who had received the Knights Cross with Oak leaves. Theoretically it is therefore possible that this variant was given to the commander of the Hilfskreuzer Widder, Kapitän zur See Hellmuth von Ruckteschell. Until now no proof of that has ever been found.
