Orden Ushakova 1
The badge belonging to the 1st. class is a five-pointed star made of platinum with a large silver anchor on it. On the shank of the anchor is a gold medallion surrounded by a silver chain. On the medallion a portrait in relief of Admiral Ushakov in high collared naval uniform. At the bottom of the shank an image of the hammer and sickle.
