"Regiment of superb appearance, under the energetic command of its chief, Lieutenant-Colonel Reboul, took a brilliant part in the last offensive and demonstrated momentum, enthusiasm and vigor above all praise. Wrested piece by piece from a resolute and tenacious adversary a terrain he was ordered to hold at all costs. After 11 days of combat and severe losses, repelled a very strong counter- attack leaving the enemy with 419 prisoners including 12 officers."

"On October 14, 1918, under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel Reboul, attacked head-on the formidable enemy organizations west of Roulers/Roeselare, captured them, entered the city and conquered it. Captured more than 100 prisoners, took 5 cannons and considerable equipment, defused a large number of mines ready to explode and rescued a population of 2000 inhabitants."
