Biography
Already in an early stege a member of the NSDAP, Adolf Hühnlein was in 1931 promoted to SA-Gruppenführer. As a NSKK-Korpsführer (1933), he became a member of the Reichstag (German parliament) in 1933. From 1934 he was the NSDAP-Reichsleiter für Kraftfahrsport and Präsident der obersten nationalen Sportbehörde für die deutsche Kraftfahrt. From 1936 he had the rank of Gemeralmajor.
