Biography

Bruno Cremer was born on 11th June 1919 in Meschede, Germany as the second son of Obersteuerinspektor Franz Cremer and Paula Cremer-Derendorf. After his education at the Gymnasium in Dülmen, he reported as volunteer for military duty and was installed in the RAD(Reichs Arbeitsdienst).

In November 1938 he was selected for pilot training. After this training he was placed as Heeresaufklärungsflieger at the Eastern Front. During the winter of 1941 - 1942 he was given a short leave to study. He attended a law study at the University of Göttingen.
After his duties on the Eastern Front he was transferred to a Zerstörergeschwader.

Bruno Cremer was killed on 16th March 1944 during airbattle with allied bombers.
