Frank William Harrow was born as the son to Frederick and Louisa (Duepner) Harrow on April 4th, 1919. He married Laverne Clara Gieselman on June 4th, 1938 and entered service at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri on June 24th, 944. He died of his wounds on January 8th, 1945.
