Biography

Grady Calvin Carr was the son of Alpheus Calvin Carr and Viergie Lewis Carr uit Rainelle, West Virginia and went into military service at Fort Benning, Georgia on 2nd January 1942. He served in England, Ireland, Luxemburg, France, the Netherlands and Belgium and was for a short period Prisoner-of-War in Germany.
