He had 4 other siblings (Alvin, William, Daisy and James). Attended high school for 3 years before the war.
Originally from Washington D.C., he entered service from Richmond, Virginia on April 12th, 1941 and was discharged on July 8th, 1945. Reached the rank of Technical Sergeant.

Born in Harrisonburg, Va., he was the son of the late Henry Clay Aaron, Sr. and Ressie Hundley Aaron. He was the husband of 50 years of Betty Jane Walker Aaron of Harpers Ferry.
An Army veteran of World War II, he was in the 29th Infantry Division and took part in the allied invasion of Normandy, France, known as D Day.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by son Patrick Henry Aaron and Arnold Lynn Aaron; sister Norma Russell; brothers James and Bruce Aaron; and one grandchild. He was predeceased by brothers Alvin and Howard Aaron.
He was buried in Meadow Branch Cemetery in Westminster, Maryland.
