Biography

Henton Watson entered service on August 4th, 1944. He served as Truckdriver with the rank of Private in Company E, 26th Infantry Division. He left for Europe on February 25th 1945, to arrive there on March 4th. He left for the United States again on June 17th, 1946, where he arrived on June 25th. He was honorably discharged on July 2nd, 1946.

He entered service with the U.S. Air Force on February 12th, 1947 and was placed with 78th Installations Squadron as Sergeant until his honorably discharge on February 11th, 1950.

For his service after the Second World War he also received the Army Occupation Medal with "GERMANY" clasp.
