Biography

John Norton Strachan served in Waziristan (May 3rd, 1937 - June 21st, 1937) and with 15th Infantry Brigade in France and Belgium (October 6th, 1939 - June 1st, 1940). Besides his WW2 related decorations he received the Indian General Service Medal with "WAZIRISTAN 1936-37" clasp.
