Biography

Francis B. Innis Jr. was inducted on April 2nd, 1943 and entered military service at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana on April 9th, 1943.
Durig the Second World War he served with the 90th Chemical Mortar Battalion. He left for Europe on October 22nd, 1944, where he served form November 2nd, 1944 until June 30th, 1945. He returend in the United States on July 6th, 1945.
Francis B. Innis Jr. was honorably discharged as Corporal at the Seperation Center CP Atterbury, Indiana on March 1st, 1946.

Francis B. Innis Jr. re-enlisted on September 1st, 1950 to serve in Korea. He was honorably discharged on August 15th, 1952 with the rank of 1st Lieutenant. After this he served with the Reserves, reaching the rank of Major.
