00.11.1939: mobilized
00.00.1940-00.00.1941: leader of a scout workcamps
08.11.1942: decided to rally Free French Forces
00.00.1942: captured in Spain and interned in Camp Miranda
00.05.1943: released and crossed Gibraltar to gain the UK and joined the Free French Forces
00.06.1943: sent for training to enter the SAS
12.08.1944-13.08.1944: dropped over Taizé during the operations Harrods and Barker with the 3rd SAS Battalion in Saône et Loire, France
12.08.1944-00.09.1944: platoon leader of the sabbotage demoliton team of the Battalion harassing the lines of communication used by the German Army
00.09.1944: took part in the Liberation of Montceau-les-Mines and Montchanin
00.04.1945: dropped again during operation Amherst in Drenthe, Holland
08.04.1945: captured by the German Army near Beilen and escaped again
00.00.1990: published his memoirs "Parachutiste au 3e S.A.S. - Ma guerre 1939-1945"
