Biography

Robert Washington Anderson, served with the 100th Infantry Battalion in Monte Cassino, and with the 109th Medical Battalion for the remainder of World War II. After V-Day he transitioned to the 313th Medical Battalion.

A lot of his service records survived the 1973 Fire. He was awarded the Bronze Star, Combat Infantryman Badge, Combat Medical Badge, EAME with four campaign stars (Italy), and several others of relatively standard fare.
