1928 : sergent fourrier in the Colonial Army serving in the 2nd Régiment de Tirailleurs Marocains then the 2nd Régiment de Zouaves
1937 : retired as sous-lieutenant serving in the Colonial Army in Morrocco serving in the 8th Régiment de Tirailleurs Marocains
13th September 1941 : enter the IR 638 - LVF as Leutnant and platoon leader II.Zug 6.Kie IR 638 - LVF
1st December 1941 : compagny commander of the 6.Kie IR 638 - LVF after Zeller departure
March 1942 - 15th January 1944 : commander of the 3.Kie I.Bat IR 638 - LVF
15th February 1943 : promoted Oberleutnant
16th January 1944 : appointed to the Stab Kie I.Bat IR 638 - LVF
