Cornelis Christiaan van den Heuvel (resistance name Victor) was one of the top members of the Albrecht Group. This group was formed in 1943 by Henk de Jonge (resistance name Albrecht) and during the war developed into one of the best organized and most effective espionage groups in the Netherlands.
